Join us for a wine and cheese tasting featuring wines from Jamesport Vineyards, one of the oldest vineyards on the North Fork. We will be serving imported, domestic and local cheeses, along with some fine meats and other accompaniments, to pair with wines that are produced with balance, complexity and harmony. There will also be a cooking demonstration by Chef Ray, our very own sales associate, who will be demonstrating the art of cooking risotto.

We will be serving up some great cheeses and meats as Gibson Campbell pours Macari's critically acclaimed wines.
We will be staying open until 7 pm on Friday and Saturday evenings to give you enough time pick up your cheese, meats, or other goodies before the sun sets!

The Cheese & Spice Market is hosting another Cheese & Wine Tasting that will feature a demonstration of fresh cheese making by Hal Goodale, owner at Goodale Farms, Inc., and wines from Lenz Winery.
Patricia Kaczmarczyk, owner of the Cheese & Spice Market is especially excited about this particular event because it features cheeses and wines that are produced locally on the North Fork. "We carry many local products in the shop,” said Patricia, "and this is a great way for people to meet and talk directly with the local businesses that produce the great products from our area." There will be other cheeses to taste, and fresh cheese making kits will be available for purchase.
