I was inspired by some great chefs, and encouraged by family, friends and former customers in the restaurants where I worked for over 25 years, to start my own business.  My love of cheese and for cooking with fresh ingredients, led me to my decision to open a Cheese & Spice Market. 

Since opening our doors on October 7, 2016, we have significantly expanded our line of products, and continue to do so, based on the feedback and recommendations our customers provide.

I am eager to share my knowledge and excitement about the products that we carry, and I love when our customers have fun and are willing try different cheeses and products that they may not be familiar with.  Bon Appétit
